First up, the staff at De Santos were incredibly professional and polite. The suite I booked was supposed to have a jetted tub, but instead, it had a large shower. Breakfast was a delight, and I was happy to tip the chefs for their attentive service. I enjoyed the live bands by the pool, which added a vibrant atmosphere. On the downside, I noticed a few issues like blood on the bedding at times, which was definitely concerning. Complaints about a flooding shower didn’t seem to be addressed effectively, just mopped up without a solution. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience still had its charm, mainly due to the location near the airport and the general security around the hotel.
